Brioche bread with hazelnut cream

INGREDIENTS

For pot 25×10 cm:

  • 500g / 3 cups of flour
  • 250 ml / 8.8 oz of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 80 g / 0.5 cup of sugar
  • 8 g of yeast
  • 60 ml of vegetable oil
  • Hazelnut cream
  • Coconut chips

PREPARATION

  1. Mix all the ingredients. Knead the dough. Let’s laugh.
  2. Put Nutella in each piece. Weave.
  3. Put the brioche in a greased buttered mold. Grease the bun with butter. Let rise in an hour.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C/350°F.
  5. Grease the top of the bun with apricot jam, decorate with Nutella and coconut.
