beef Chop Supreme

Flip it!

We use this recipe at work ( I am a cook in a hospital), except we usually make this for about 75-100 people. It is a wonderful recipe and everyone absolutely loves porkchops fixed this way. We never have leftovers when we fix this. Great way to fix chops.

I used sirloin chops they turned out to be moist, tender and very tasty. I served the chops with sauce over hot noodles and fresh peas.Good recipe overall. I made the mistake of putting the lemon on the chops before the onion slices and the lemon flavor was too strong for our taste. Will make again.

We loved this recipe… The chops were really moist and tasty… Again, another easy recipe with a minimum of fuss.. It is really worth a try.

Ingredients:

4 boneless beef chops
4 thinly sliced medium potatoes
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom
1/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Brown pork chops in 1/4 cup oil then drain. Slice potatoes into a medium casserole dish in even layer. Place beef chops over potatoes, combine onion soup mix and cream of mushroom and milk, pour over top of beef chops. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
