Creamy, Dreamy Homemade Chocolate Fudge On A Stick – A Frozen Treat!

Flip it!

In just 4 ingredients and a few hours in the freezer, you can have yourself a homemade fudgy treat! I love making these fudgesicles for my kids. For one, there isn’t any high fructose corn syrup in the mix and for two, they save me a ton of money versus buying the boxed kind at the grocery store. Plus, if I really want to make these healthy I just swap out the sugar for stevia. Works great and the kids don’t even know the difference.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk or cream
  • 2 tablespoon Toll House cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon Domino sugar
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In microwave safe bowl, or a large measuring cup, heat milk on high until hot but not boiling, about 2 minutes.
  2. Remove from microwave and whisk in cocoa and sugar until completely blended.
  3. Pour milk mixture over chocolate chips and stir until chips are completely melted.
  4. Let mixture cool for 5 minutes then pour into popsicle molds.
  5. Place popsicle sticks in each compartment. Freeze until completely frozen. About 6-8 hours.
