Delicious Banana Drink

Flip it!

It’s hard to resist the sweet taste of a freshly made banana smoothie! While you can add all sorts of flavors to it, the basic recipe is a great introduction that will show you just how easy it is to make at home. It’s a great option for a super simple breakfast smoothie and is a delicious, healthy treat for a hot summer afternoon.

This banana smoothie recipe requires just five simple ingredients, all of which you may already have in your kitchen. It’s an excellent way to use up ripe bananas before they’re too far gone and only good for banana bread. The smoothie is sweetened with honey and uses vanilla yogurt to give it a lovely creaminess that is irresistable. Don’t skip the vanilla extract, either! It gives the smoothie a subtle depth of flavor that really sets it over the top.

This is good. I used a frozen banana and still used the ice. I liked the cinnamon flavor, but I probably used at least 1/4 teaspoon and about 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla.

This was a very nice drink, and my family loved it. The only thing I didn’t like about it though was that it couldn’t be refrigerated.

I made this right away. I had some very ripe bananas and thought I would try it. Very easy to make and very delicious. I will make this again. Next time I am going to put some pineapple Juice with it and some more ice.
