Rich Slow Cooker Fudge

I used milk chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet morsels. I took this to a Christmas party and everyone loved it!!! This recipe is so easy and so good!!!

This is the first time I’ve ever made fudge. This recipe was EASY AND DELICIOUS!! I made it with milk chocolate morsels and it came out perfect!!

A sweet and simple recipe. In lieu of warming the ingredients in the microwave, I melted them together in a medium saucepan over medium heat. After pouring the fudge batter into an 8 x 8 glass baking dish, I sprinkled crushed walnuts on top (rather than mixing the nuts into the batter) and gently pressed down to adhere to the batter.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups chocolate chips (Milk or dark chocolate)
  • 400g (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla essence
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, unsalted

Instructions:

  1. Prepare an 8X8 Pan by greasing and lining it with baking paper
  2. Place all the ingredients in a slow cooker.
  3. Turn the slow cooker to low and leave the lid off.
  4. Cook for one hour, stirring every 15-30 minutes.
  5. Once done, pour into the lined tin.
  6. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  7. Once set cut into squares and enjoy!
