Healthy Holiday Cookies, Vegan & Gluten-Free

Ingredients

Dry ingredients
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup LIVfit Superfood
¼ cup PBfit
2 tbs Organic Chia Seeds
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp baking powder
⅛ tsp salt

Wet ingredients
1 ripe banana, mashed
¼ cup agave
¼ cup + 1 tbs non-dairy milk
2 tbs coconut oil, melted
1 tsp Organic Bourbon Madagascar Vanilla

Add-ins
handful of chocolate chips and/or raisins
Peanut butter frosting
2 tbs PBfit
1 tbs water
1 tbs coconut butter
1 tbs agave

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a baking sheet.
In a large bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients.
In a small bowl, stir all wet ingredients together until smooth.
Add contents of small bowl to large, and stir until thoroughly mixed. Fold in chocolate chips and/or raisins.
For each cookie, roll about 1.5 tbs of dough into a ball and slightly flatten it on cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cookies cool completely.
Prepare Peanut butter frosting by stirring all ingredients together in a small bowl. When cookies are cool, spread or drizzle frosting on top.
