Make it at Home Crispy bread rolls

Ingredients:

  • 600 gr of flour
  • 350 gr of water
  • 15 gr of fine salt
  • 25 gr of extra virgin olive oil
  • 12 gr of fresh brewer’s yeast

Directions:

  1. Mix the flour with the salt.
  2. Separately, dissolve the yeast in the water and add the oil.
  3. Integrate everything and form a compact and soft dough.
  4. Let rise for at least 2 hours.
  5. Then divide the dough into 8 parts of 120 gr each.
  6. Form the sandwiches and make incisions.
  7. Sprinkle some flour and let it double in volume.
  8. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 30-40 minutes.
