Ingredients:

  • 375 gr of flour
  • 5 gr dry yeast
  • 5 gr of salt
  • 280 ml warm water

Directions:

  1. In a bowl mix the dry ingredients and pour the water.
  2. Knead the dough until everything is integrated and form a loaf.
  3. Leave to rise until doubled in volume.
  4. Then divide it into four parts and form the baguettes, let it rest for 20 minutes.
  5. Bake at 400°F (200°-230°) for 20 minutes.
