INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 lbs sirloin beef tips
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1 cup beef broth

PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Arrange beef tips in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, stir together the soup, gravy mix, onion soup mix, and beef broth.
  4. Pour over beef and stir to coat.
  5. Cover dish tightly with foil and bake for 2 1/2 hours.
  6. Serve.
