Turkey Salami and Cream Cheese Pickle Roll-ups

Flip it!

48 to 64 bite size appetizers:

Ingredients

12 to 16 slices of Turkey salami (cut a medium thickness)

8 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature

12 to 16 smallish pickles (I use Milwaukee’s kosher baby dills)

Dirextions

Lay salami slices out on a large cutting board. Evenly spread approximately 1 Tablespoon of cream cheese on each salami slice so it reaches the edges. Place a pickle at one end of the cream cheese salami slice and roll it up. Repeat with the rest of the salami slices and pickles. Once you have 12 to 16 rolls, place them on a platter and refrigerate for 2 hours. Once the two hours is up, remove the rolls from the refrigerator. Using a very sharp knife, cut each roll into 4 pieces. Place roll ups in a airtight container in your refrigerator until ready to serve.

For a pretty presentation: Arrange roll-ups on a serving platter with a toothpick in each.

Enjoy!
