Ava Marie and Leah Rose are identical twins that were born on July 7, 2010, in California.
Jaqi, their mother, found out she was pregnant two years after the birth of their son, and the family was really excited to grow in numbers.
Little did the parents know that they would end up with celebrity twins!
It wasn’t long after the twins were born that Jaqi became inundated with requests from friends, family members, and even strangers to set her girls up for modeling.
She quickly started receiving tons of comments from people complimenting her on the beauty of her two daughters.
When Ava Marie and Leah Rose were only 6 months old, Jaqi decided to sign them up to a modeling agency. Quickly after that, she changed her mind and decided that it was probably not the right time for her daughters to start modeling. At that time, life was a little too hectic for Jaqi to sign the girls up for modeling.
But when the girls reached their seventh birthday, Jaqi revisited the idea of signing them up for modeling.
She saw the date of the seventh birthday (7/7/17) as a sign and decided to post a picture of the girls on Instagram.

“Seven years ago the world, ready or not, welcomed my 2 little bundles of joy – Ava and Leah. They came 4 1/2 weeks early but knowing their personalities now it makes total sense that they would show up early, unnounced, and ready to take on anything! Fast forward to their 7th Birthday this year on 7/7/17. So many sevens…so many signs that this was THEIR year to shine! Aside from the fact that I’m a huge believer in signs and have been told by almost everyone that 7 is a lucky number, I just had a feeling that this year was going to be a fun and exciting year for them.”
She had no idea the account was about to go viral.
In no time, Ava Marie and Leah Rose became Instagram celebrities. Soon after, they started attracting various modeling agencies, who would do anything to have the chance to sign them.
On her blog, Jaqi wrote:
“For as long as I can remember strangers would approach me when we were out asking first if they were twins. Their follow up would always be… ‘Wow they are so beautiful, you should really think about getting them into modeling.’”
So Jaqi asked her girls what they thought about modeling and if it was something they wanted to try.
“I presented my idea to the girls that, if they were up for it, in addition to their dance classes and swim team practices they had every week, they could give modeling a try,” Jaqi said.
The girls, who always love to be in the spotlight, were very excited with the idea of modeling. Their father wasn’t surprised, either. When the girls decided to model, both he as Jaqi were very supportive.
Since Jaqi launched their Instagram account, the profile of the girls has blown up, attracting thousands of hits from all over the world.
The Clements sisters’ fans love how beautiful the girls are, as well as how much they love each other and the great connection they have with their parents.
