INGREDIENTS:
* 500 gr.Of Plain flour.
* 250 ml.Of Milk.
* 50 gr.Of Butter.
* 7 gr.Of Yeast.
* 3 Tbsp.Of Sugar.
* 3 gr.Of Salt.
* An Egg, choose a large egg.
PREPARATION:
* Step 1 – Mix milk & butter together and warm on the stove to start with, but do not boil the milk.
* Step 2 – In a bowl, you’ll want to sift the flour and salt and make a well in the middle. Place the yeast and egg in the well once finished.
* Step 3 – You should sprinkle the sugar on the flour right now and add the milk mixture into the well and blend thoroughly, take note that it’s not runny.
* Step 4 – The dough should then be kneaded and inserted in an oiled bowl, sealed with a plastic wrap or damp dish towel.
Making sure you let it rise till it doubles in size.
* Step 5 – You should knead the aging at this level to knock the air out of the dough.
* Step 6 – Cut directly into smaller bits and roll them into round balls and put them after the first rise on a baking tray.
* Step 7 – Cover the tray with a moist cloth or plastic wrap.
* Step 8 – Let it rise one more time. When it doubles in size again, you can bake it in a preheated oven.
* Step 9 – Bake yours for around 26 minutes at 185 is wise.

I’m so excited to share my Grandma’s Perfect Bread Recipe with you today ! I can’t believe I haven’t put her recipe on the blog yet. I’m afraid to make bread, but I knew it was time to try it. I had many memories of when the bread was baking and the wonderful aroma filled the house. It went as fast as it would have gone. This bread turned out to be amazing as I remember it. It’s totally soft and reminds me of our favorite bread, Grandma Sycamore!
I’m here to tell you that if I can do it then you can too! Don’t let the homemade bread scare you. I’ve included my best tips and tricks for you to get the best homemade method every time.
* Ingredients:
° flour 500 g
° Salt 10 g
° the water
° Baker’s yeast 10 g
° olive oil 2 tbsp
* Preparation:
1-Put baker’s yeast and salt in a cup. Dissolve the two ingredients in a little lukewarm water. On the work surface, place flour and the shape of the well. We add the mixture (yeast, salt, water) and olive oil. To mix everything.
2-Add lukewarm water gradually until the dough forms a ball that does not stick to your hands. Knead the dough to allow air to enter. The dough is placed in a bowl and covered with a piece of cloth.
3-Let it stand in a room with a temperature of -19 to 20 ° C for about 3 hours. The bread dough will swell.
4-We take the dough and knead it on a surface sprinkled with flour. Form the bread dough and place it on a floured oven plate.
5-Cover the bread again with the cloth and leave it for about an hour.
6-Preheated Oven To 175 degrees C.
7-The bread will puff up again. Before setting the oven, make slits on the bread. Cook for 40 minutes.

* Ingredients :
° 2 cups warm water (45 ° C)
° 3/4 cup white sugar
° 1 teaspoon ready-made active yeast

° 1/4 cup vegetable oil
* Steps:
Dissolve the sugar in warm water in a bowl large enough for kneading, then add the active yeast and wait 20 minutes for the mixture to coagulate, so you know that the yeast is working well.

• Step 5: Incorporate 1/2 cup flaked sweetened coconut. Spoon the batter into a cooking spray-coated 9.5-inch loaf pan, and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon coconut. For 1 hour, bake at 350°F, until a wooden pick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
• Step 6: Cool on a wire rack in a pan for 10 minutes; remove from the pan.
• Step 7: Combine, swirl with a fork, powdered sugar, and juice, and drizzle it over the warm bread. And let it cool on a wire rack totally.

FRENCH BREAD
French bread can be eaten with various types of cheese and prepare the best sandwiches, and if you want to prepare dough recipes at home, follow the following easy steps from my lady’s kitchen
Ingredients
2 cups warm water (about 110°F)
1 Tablespoon active dry yeast
2 1/2 teaspoons sugar
5-6 cups flour
2 1/2 teaspoons table salt or fine sea salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the warm water, yeast and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes, or until it has begin to foam.
Place 2 cups of flour into a large mixing bowl with the salt. Stir in the yeast mixture and begin to knead by hand or using a dough hook and stand mixer. Add 1/2 cup of the remaining flour at a time until the dough is smooth but not sticky. Rub the olive oil around the dough ball and let rest for 15 minutes.
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and divide it in half. Roll one half into a rectangle. Starting from the long side, roll the dough into a cylinder. Turn both ends in and pinch the seams closed. Round the edges and place onto a baking sheet. Repeat with the second dough ball. Let rise for 30-45 minutes. Make three diagonal cuts across the top of each loaf.
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Bake for 17-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
Brush the top with melted butter if desired. Slice and enjoy! 🙂
