INGREDIENTS
For pot 25×10 cm:
- 500g / 3 cups of flour
- 250 ml / 8.8 oz of milk
- 1 egg
- 80 g / 0.5 cup of sugar
- 8 g of yeast
- 60 ml of vegetable oil
- Hazelnut cream
- Coconut chips
PREPARATION
- Mix all the ingredients. Knead the dough. Let’s laugh.
- Put Nutella in each piece. Weave.
- Put the brioche in a greased buttered mold. Grease the bun with butter. Let rise in an hour.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C/350°F.
- Grease the top of the bun with apricot jam, decorate with Nutella and coconut.
