Ingredients:
- $5 rotisserie chicken (from Sam’s Club or similar)
- Buffalo sauce (to taste)
- Cream cheese (optional) or shredded cheese of your choice
- Ranch dressing (to taste)
- Slider buns or dinner rolls
- Garlic butter (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Start by shredding the rotisserie chicken into small pieces and place it in a bowl.
- Add Buffalo sauce to the chicken, adjusting the amount based on your preferred spice level. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
- Assemble the Sliders:
- Slice the slider buns or dinner rolls in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
- Spread a layer of cream cheese (if using) on each bun, or sprinkle some shredded cheese instead.
- Top with a generous amount of the Buffalo chicken mixture.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the chicken for extra flavor.
- Top the Sliders:
