Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Ingredients:

  • $5 rotisserie chicken (from Sam’s Club or similar)
  • Buffalo sauce (to taste)
  • Cream cheese (optional) or shredded cheese of your choice
  • Ranch dressing (to taste)
  • Slider buns or dinner rolls
  • Garlic butter (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken:
    • Start by shredding the rotisserie chicken into small pieces and place it in a bowl.
    • Add Buffalo sauce to the chicken, adjusting the amount based on your preferred spice level. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
  2. Assemble the Sliders:
    • Slice the slider buns or dinner rolls in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
    • Spread a layer of cream cheese (if using) on each bun, or sprinkle some shredded cheese instead.
    • Top with a generous amount of the Buffalo chicken mixture.
    • Drizzle ranch dressing over the chicken for extra flavor.
  3. Top the Sliders:
    • Place the top halves of the buns on each slider.
    • If desired, brush the tops of the buns with melted garlic butter for added flavor.
  4. Bake:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Bake the sliders for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  5. Serve:
    • Serve the sliders hot with your choice of sides, such as fries and steamed broccoli.
