Ingredients:

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

In a large pan, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat.
Add the garlic, onion, and bell pepper to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until the vegetables are soft.
