Chili Cheese Dog Tater Tot Casserole

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 hotdogs, cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 2 (15 oz) cans chili (with beans)
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 (28 oz) bag frozen tater tots
  • Salt & pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced hot dogs, chili, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
  3. Transfer mixture to prepared pan.
  4. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups cheese on top.
  5. Spread tater tots on top of cheese layer.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheese on top and bake another 10 minutes.
