  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted (or neutral oil)
  • 1 can (14 oz/400g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pan.
  2. Dry Mix: Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Wet Mix: Combine melted butter, condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl.
  4. Combine: Gently fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Bake: Pour into pan and bake 30-40 minutes until toothpick comes clean.
  6. Cool: Let rest 10 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
