This No-Bake Energy Bites recipe is easy to make, full of feel-good ingredients, and irresistibly delicious!

I consider myself a bit of an energy ball aficionado. These sweet, no bake treats take minutes to throw together, are filled with good-for-you ingredients, and make for quick, portable breakfasts and snacks.

I have made dozens of batches of energy ball recipes over the years, and while I’m constantly looking for fun ways to vary them up, inevitably, they come back to one simple, foolproof formula. Today, I’m sharing that master recipe for Energy Balls, along with all sorts of tasty ways to use it to create different energy ball flavors.

No Bake 5 Ingredient Peanut Butter Energy Bites. Loaded with old fashioned oats, peanut butter and flax seeds. A healthy protein packed breakfast or snack!

INGREDIENTS

1 cup old fashioned oats
⅔ cup shredded coconut
¾ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup ground flaxseed

INGREDIENTS

1 cup old fashioned oats
⅔ cup shredded coconut
¾ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup ground flaxseed
½ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
⅓ cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
⅓ cup sliced almonds

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large mixing bowl add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
Add old fashioned oats, shredded coconut, ground flaxseed, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and sliced almonds. Stir to combine.
Cover bowl and place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
After the mixture has chilled remove from the refrigerator and roll into 1-inch balls.
Serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator in a sealed container for up to 1 week.
