*DETAILS (Servings 6 / Preparation time 15mins / Cooking time 120 mins)

HOW TO MAKE IT :

STEP 1 :
First of all, make sure to mix cocoa, cornstarch, beaten egg yolks; sugar and salt. Immediately add milk gradually while stirring in a pot over med-high heat.

STEP 2 :
And please cook until thick, beating it smooth. Then mix in the vanilla while stirring. You should stir… and stir for about 10 to 15 minutes, as cream pies take some time to thicken.

STEP 3 :
I always use a heavy bottom pan. All that need to be done is keeping it up until it thickens. When finished, you can pour into a pre-baked pie shell.

STEP 4 :
Alright now, put in the fridge to chill for several hours before serving.

STEP 5 :
If desired, you may want to add whipped cream, cool whip, or a baked meringue for the topping.
