  1. Add yeast to warm water. Add flour and stir. Let rise.
  2. Add water, flour, salt. Knead with a wooden spoon. Knead the dough on a greased table. Let rise. Fold the dough and let rise (2 times).
  3. Divide the dough into 3 parts. Put on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Press with your fingers on each bread.
  4. Bake for 5 minutes at 270°C (520°F) on the lower shelf, then 10 minutes at 220°C (430°F) on the middle shelf.
