Delicious Chicken and Wild Rice Bake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 box Uncle Ben’s Long Grain Wild Rice (original recipe)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can water (or 2 cans for moister rice)
  • Chicken breasts or tenders

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven:

  • Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Prepare the Pan:

  • Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking pan to prevent sticking.

3. Mix Ingredients:

  • In the greased pan, combine the box of Uncle Ben’s Long Grain Wild Rice, the can of cream of mushroom soup, the can of cream of celery soup, and one can of water. For moister rice, add a second can of water and mix thoroughly.

4. Add Chicken:

  • Arrange the raw chicken breasts or tenders evenly on top of the rice mixture.

5. Cover the Pan:

  • Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil to seal in the moisture.

6. Bake:

  • Place the covered pan in the preheated oven and bake for 2 1/2 hours. Remember, do not peek during baking to ensure the dish cooks evenly and stays moist.

7. Serve:

  • After baking, remove the pan from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious, moist chicken and wild rice bake with your favorite sides.
