Ingredients:

1 cup (250 grams) creamy peanut butter

6 tablespoons (85 grams) unsalted butter softened to room temperature

2 cups (240 grams) powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon salt

12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chopped

Instructions:

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, using a handheld mixer, beat the peanut butter and butter together until well combined.

Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt and mix until fully combined, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
