Salmon Philly Cheesesteak Recipe 🥖🧀🐟

Ingredients:

  • For the Salmon Philly Cheesesteak:
    • 2 salmon fillets, skinned and boned
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
    • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
    • 1 onion, sliced
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
    • 2 hoagie rolls
  • For the Sriracha Mayo:
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • For the Fries:
    • Frozen crinkle-cut fries
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Sriracha Mayo:
  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, and lemon juice.
  2. Mix well and set aside in the refrigerator until ready to use.
2. Cook the Fries:
  1. Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the frozen fries package.
  2. Spread the fries on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake the fries according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
3. Cook the Salmon:
  1. Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
