  1. Place watermelon cubes on a small baking sheet and freeze until completely frozen, at least 1 hour.
  2. In 4 glasses, divide mint, sugar, and lime juice. Using the bottom of a wooden spoon, muddle mint.
  3. Add frozen watermelon as ice cubes, then top off with seltzer.
  4. Garnish with lime wedges and mint to serve.
