Weight Watchers Broccoli Salad

I believe it is 4 SP’s per her changes (1 cup raisins and reduced by 1 T. sugar). She did not make the changes in the recipe, so if you calculated the extra 1 T. sugar, it would bring it to the 5 SP’s you mention. Hope that helps.

I am totally addicted to this salad. It is soooo delicious. I usually use all fat-free Greek yogurt instead of the mayo.

This Skinny Broccoli Salad recipe completely changed my mind. The inspiration for this salad came from a recipe I saw on Cooking Light’s website. I reduced the sugar by swapping a half cup of craisins in for the full cup of raisins originally called for and cut the amount of sugar in the dressing too.

The grapes, celery, and sunflower seeds compliment the broccoli and salty sweet dressing so perfectly. This is quickly becoming one of my favorite salads, and it goes really well served alongside any meat or fish entree. What’s more, this incredible healthy salad will be a favorite at summer potlucks and parties.

The salad is great as-is, but feel free to make it your own by adding some lightly toasted slivered almonds or a sprinkling of bacon. You’re going to love it!

Ingredients:

4 cups small broccoli florets (about 1 1/2 pounds)
1 1/2 cups seedless green grapes, halved

Looks really delicious. We love a good salad every time. I would make this and add more crunch to it by adding almond slivers or chopped pecans!

I love broccoli. It is not only delicious but it is a good source of nutrients we don’t usually get from other kinds of vegetable. I promised myself to pick healthier meals this year, so I am going to make this salad asap.

This is great salad and nice and colorful which is always nice in the winter when we don’t have the garden handy. Thankful for great grocery stores to still be able to get everything we need.

I really like how easy it is to put together and I think it’s perfect for lunch or as a side during dinner
