🌿 Homemade Rosemary Olive Oil Crackers
Made with White Lily® All-Purpose Flour
Light, crisp, and full of flavor—these homemade crackers are a savory delight! Made with White Lily® flour, olive oil, and rosemary, they’re perfect for cheese boards, dips, or healthy snacking.
🧂 Ingredients (Yields ~24 crackers)
- 1½ cups White Lily® All-Purpose Flour, spooned and leveled
- 1½ teaspoons kosher salt
- 1½ teaspoons sugar
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary (or 1 tsp dried)
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ cup cold water
- Flaky sea salt, for topping
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
- Mix the Dough: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, sugar, garlic powder, and rosemary. Stir in olive oil and water until the dough begins to form.
- Knead: Knead on a lightly floured surface for 4–5 minutes until smooth. Divide in half.
- Roll & Cut: Roll each half into a thin rectangle (~1/16″). Cut into strips or squares and place on the baking sheets.
- Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Keep an eye out—they can brown quickly!
- Cool: Let cool fully on the baking sheet for maximum crunch.
🔄 Variations
- Use thyme, oregano, or Italian seasoning instead of rosemary.
- Top with sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or “everything” blend.
- White Lily® Self-Rising Flour can be used—omit the added salt.
🧊 Storage Tips
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 5–7 days.
- To freeze: Cool completely, then freeze in a zip-top bag for up to 1 month.
