Cheesy Boiled Potato Fries – a snack I’m absolutely smitten with! When faced with an abundance of boiled potatoes that the kids weren’t keen on, I decided to transform them into this delightful treat. No need to worry about leftovers anymore! And can I just say, it’s such a tasty way to enjoy potatoes! Ha ha!
Ingredients:
- Boiled potatoes
- Garlic powder
- Olive oil
- Parmesan cheese

- Pepper
- Cheese powder
Instructions:
- Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl.
- Add 2 tablespoons of flour, garlic powder, parsley powder, pepper, and a generous amount of cheese powder to the mashed potatoes. Mix well.
- Shape the potato mixture into stick-sized pieces. Use a knife to carefully peel off potato slices one by one.
- Drizzle with a touch more olive oil and fry until golden brown.
- Remove from the oil and place on a cooling rack to cool slightly.
- Serve the cooked potato fries in a bowl. They’re incredibly easy to make and boast a delightful aroma and a savory, salty flavor thanks to the cheese powder. Whether dipped in ketchup or enjoyed on their own, they’re absolutely delicious!
