HOW TO MAKE BEEFY POTATO TACO CASSEROLE IN AN OVEN

This Beefy Potato Taco Casserole recipe for your oven is a great addition to our collection. It is also a great way to change up taco night at your home!

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
2 cloves garlic minced
1 oz packet taco seasoning
10.5 oz cheddar cheese soup
4 cups potatoes sliced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup beef broth

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F
Brown your ground beef with garlic and drain
Place your potato slices in the bottom of a slightly greased 9×13 baking dish
Spread your ground beef evenly on top of your potatoes
Sprinkle your taco seasoning on top of everything
Spoon your soup evenly on top
Sprinkle your cheese evenly across the top of the everything
Gently pour your beef broth evenly around your baking dish
Cover baking dish with a piece of aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes
Remove foil and bake for 10 additional minutes
Let it cool for 10-15 minutes before serving
