Ingredients:
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour (plus more if needed)
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (preferably Dutch-processed)
¼ cup powdered sugar
Pinch of salt
3 large eggs (beaten)
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (such as Nutella)
Raspberries (for garnish)
Creme fraiche (for garnish)

Instructions:
Mix flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt.
Add beaten eggs, chocolate syrup, and vanilla extract. Knead into a dough.
Roll out the dough and cut into desired pasta shapes.
Cook the chocolate pasta in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
For the sauce, heat heavy cream and chocolate hazelnut spread until smooth.
Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce.
