Chocolate Pasta with Chocolate Hazelnut Cream Sauce, White Chocolate Shavings, and Fresh Berries:


2 ½ cups all-purpose flour (plus more if needed)
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (preferably Dutch-processed)
¼ cup powdered sugar
Pinch of salt
3 large eggs (beaten)
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (such as Nutella)
Raspberries (for garnish)
Creme fraiche (for garnish)
White chocolate shavings (for garnish)
Toasted hazelnuts (chopped, skinless, for garnish)


Mix flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt.
Add beaten eggs, chocolate syrup, and vanilla extract. Knead into a dough.
Roll out the dough and cut into desired pasta shapes.
Cook the chocolate pasta in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
For the sauce, heat heavy cream and chocolate hazelnut spread until smooth.
Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce.
Serve with raspberries, creme fraiche, white chocolate shavings, and toasted hazelnuts.
