Creamy Carrot Salad

Ingredients:

* 4 cups shredded carrots about 6 large

* ½ cup mayonnaise

* ⅓ cup sour cream

* 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

* 1 cup raisins

* 8 ounces crushed pineapple lightly drained

* salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine.

2. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
