I’m sure you know by now that I’m obsessed with my slow cookers. I love LOVE how much easier they make my life and my family loves the meals I can create in them. Not only are they great for set it and forget it dinners, but they’re fantastic for entertaining as well.
- 2 lb kielbasa or smoked sausage
- 1 cup apricot preserves
- ½ cup dijon mustard
- Cut the sausages into bite-size pieces, set aside.
- Combine apricot preserves and dijon mustard in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Combine everything in the crockpot and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Serve immediately.
