Ingredients:
- 350 ml water
- 300 gr flour 0
- 300 gr semolina
- 10 gr brewer’s yeast
- 20 g salt
- 20 gr sugar
- 20 gr oil
Directions:
- Pour almost the entire amount of water into the mixer, then add the yeast and sugar.
- Stir and add the flour and semolina.
- Add more water if the dough is hard. Finally add salt and oil.
- Knead the dough by hand and let it rise until doubled in volume.
- Then make two loaves, cut into them and let rise again.
- Bake at 400°F (200°-220°) for 20 minutes.
