Dill and Shrimp Salad

Delicious! All the flavors blended very well and complimented each other nicely. I used lemon and lime juices to taste and mayonnaise to desired consistency. Important to let it sit and chill so the flavors come together.

Excellent!!!! we follow a gluten free diet so, pita bread was out of the question but without any starch it wouldn’t be fill in, so I added potatoes and served in fresh from our garden tomatoes, so this recipe is for us dill and shrimp salad stuffed tomatoes, it was yummy!This was awesome.

Ingredients:

3 pounds cooked shrimp
2 lemons, juiced
1 lime, juiced
2 stalks celery, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1 cup mayonnaiseground black pepper to taste.

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, lemon juice, lime juice, celery, onion, dill, mayonnaise, and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate until chilled.
