Measurements:

  • 1/2 cup = 120 ml
  • 1 cup = 240 ml
  • 1 tablespoon = 15 ml

Instructions:

  1. Whisk the Egg:
    Start by cracking the egg into a bowl and whisking it until frothy.
  2. Combine Ingredients:
    Add the mashed bananas, cornmeal, tapioca, and baking powder to the bowl. Mix everything together until well combined.
