Easy, Fast and Yummy Coconut Cookies

Ingredients:

      • 4 eggs
      • 200 gr sugar
      • 250 gr coconut flour

Directions:

      1. Divide the yolks from the whites and whisk them with the sugar.
      2. Then beat the yolks and add them to the mixture, finally integrated with the coconut flour.
      3. Put everything in a piping bag and form the biscuits on a baking sheet.
      4. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 30 minutes.
