Personally, I like seeing recipes like this. They remind me of things I have not made in awhile. I like reading how people changed things according to their families tastes, gives me new ideas. Slamming a recipe because you think it’s too simple is just wrong! Didn’t your mama’s teach you any manners? Sometimes simple is the best.
Ingredients:
4 rolls
4 eggs (M)
6 cherry tomatoes
16 spinach leaves
3 mushrooms
4 slices of cheese
2 tablespoons melted butter
pepper and salt
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Place baking paper on a baking sheet.
Cut the mushrooms into slices, the Cherry tomatoes into quarters.
Carefully scoop out the pistolettes. Make sure that the outside of the sandwiches remains intact.
Coat the inside of the sandwiches with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place in each sandwich 3 leaves of spinach, a few slices of mushroom and 3 pieces of tomato. Put a slice of cheese on it. Press this well.
Break an egg above each sandwich. Finally, divide the spinach, tomato and mushroom into the sandwich.
Sprinkle some pepper and salt on top.
Bake the rolls in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Then loosely cover the rolls with aluminum foil. Bake the rolls for another 20 to 25 minutes.
