Fruit Pebble Crust:
- 2 cups Fruity Pebbles
- 1 cup marshmallows
- 6 tbsp unsalted Butter

You’ll Need:
Fruit Pebble Crust:
- 2 cups Fruity Pebbles
- 1 cup marshmallows
- 6 tbsp unsalted Butter
Cheesecake filling:
- 2 8oz packages of softened cream cheese
- 2 cups Fruity Pebbles 1 cup whole, 1 cup crushed
- 1 envelope gelatin
- 1 cup powdered sugar
How to make it:
For the crust:
- Melt butter in a pot. Add marshmallows and stir until the marshmallows are fully melted. Add 2 cups of Fruity Pebbles and mix well.
- Fill the pie tray with the marshmallow mixture, Using your hands, press down the mix into the tray. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Cheesecake filling:
- Add the cream cheese to a bowl of a stand mixer fitted with beating attachment. Begin to beat the cream cheese. Add powdered sugar, 1 cup of whole Fruity Pebbles and continue to mix.
- Combine the gelatin with water. Heat in the microwave for about 10 seconds or until the gelatin dissolves and becomes liquid. As the cream cheese mixture continues to combine, add a stream of the gelatin to the bowl.
- Add the cream cheese mixture to the pie tray. Sprinkled the crushed fruity pebbles on top.
