Mamma Ang’s Cavatini

Flip it!

This sounds so good except for the cottage cheese. Cottage cheese, sour cream, raw milk, ice cream, I even have trouble with yogurt. I can not eat. I guess I could leave out the cottage cheese or is there something you can substitute for the cottage cheese? This looks so good, I would like to try it.

This is very good, BUT Pizza Hut’s Cavatini, not so much. Hubby sez, “you can make this again”, so it’s still a winner. Maybe he missed the little wagon wheel pastas. lol We remembered cavatini as being saucier (and not so garlicky), and the cottage cheese and mozzarella creamier (so it will be blended next time) with a cheesier top.

we love this stuff, Pizza Hut would have done so much better to keep this on their menu & not changed their sauce recipe & gone to ‘natural’ meats…lol, come one, these kind of dishes are not supposed to be healthy!!! Love, love, love it!!! ♥
