2 bananas (ripe if possible)
2 tablespoons honey
400 ml. water
Boil the water, mash the bananas and add the puree in the pot, then let the mixture steep for 30 minutes. Add the honey and drink the tea warm. For best results, experts suggest drinking 100 ml. of the remedy 4 times per week, until you notice positive results.
