* Preparation:

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, radish, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper and hot pepper. Stir the mix. Cover and cool until share time.

Cut off the top of the onion and remove the outer skin.

Place the onion on a cutting board, then side down. Using a sharp knife, make a cut roughly about 1/2 inch from the root.

Make three evenly spaced pieces around the onion. You will have 4 evenly spaced parts. Make sure to leave the root intact.

Making 2 to 3 cuts in center of every quarter. You must have 12 to 16 pieces, depended on size of onion.

Turning onion on also detach petals lightly .

Put onion in a bowl of ice water and leave it for 1-2 hours. Peeled onions onto paper towels to drain

Placing onion in a bowl & sift flour over it while sweetly separating the petals. You may have to do this a few times to get good coverage. Gently turn the onion upside down to reduce any excess.

In a bowl, beat the eggs and the yogurt. Placing onion in a bowl and pour egg mixture over it, sweeetly detached petals. Remove the onions into a large, shallow bowl.

Blend bread-crumbs . Sprinkle onion petals.

Set the air fryer temperature to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and heat up the following manufacturer’s instructions. Spray the tray with cooking oil and add the onions along with the roots. Cook for 15 minutes.

Serve the open onion immediately, on the dip.
