Peanut Butter Blossoms

Moist peanut butter cookies topped with a sweet chocolate kiss in the center. These peanut butter flowers are perfect for the holidays or any time of the year!

* Peanut butter blossoms Ingredients:

° 46-51 Hershey’s kisses, unwrapped

° 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

° 1 teaspoon of baking soda

° 1/2 teaspoon of salt

° 1/2 cup butter, softened

° 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter

° 1/3 cup granulated sugar

° 1/3 cup light brown sugar

° 1 egg

° 2 tablespoons Milk

° 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

° Additional granulated sugar, for rolling

* Instructions :

Preheat the oven to 375 °.

In a middle bowl, mix flour, baking soda also salt. allow apart.

In large bowl, beat butter and peanut butter with electric mixer until well blended. Add granulated sugar and brown sugar; beat until fluffy. Add the egg, milk and vanilla; Hit well. Gradually fold the flour mixture into the peanut butter mixture.

Roll the dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar, if desired. Put on a baking sheet outside greasing.

Cook 7 to 9 min . Directly pressure a Hershey kiss in center of every cookie . Allow cooled in pot for 4 min before transfer to a wire rack to cool totaly .
