Philly Cheesesteak Casserole Recipe:

  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces provolone cheese, shredded
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
