INGREDIENTS

2 Red onions
Salt
30g (4 tbsp) of all-purpose flour
Dried oregano
Parmesan
200ml (3/4 cup) of Water (cold)
oil for frying

METHOD

Cut the red onions thinly with the mandoline slices, season with salt, and mix.
In a bowl add the flour, salt, dried oregano, pecorino cheese, and water, and mix until the mixture has no lumps. Add the prepared onion and mix it all together.
In a pan, heat up plenty of oil. As soon as the oil is hot, take plenty of dough with a spoon and fry until they are golden brown on both sides.
