I made this last week. I was a little nervous about the Bundt Pan, but it was delicious. I had to freeze half of it because there are just the two of us. It freezes well and I used the Grand Crescent Rolls because I miss read the label of the rolls. It didn’t seem to matter. I am going to try this in a 9 x 13 pan next time to check out the results… Great recipe.
I used frozen shredded potatoes instead of tater tots – they mixed better with the biscuits and cheese. I also used more cheese and added a half cup of milk to the eggs. I baked it @ 385 instead of 400 for about 40 minutes. I have a 4 yr old grandson who hates everything and he inhaled this and asked for more. I added salsa when I plated my dish but thought about country gravy. It is wonderful and I think would work really well for a covered dish/carry in plate.
