1-Minute Blender Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

1/4 cup half and half

2 cups crushed ice

3 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Put all the ingredients into a blender.

Blend on the highest speed until creamy, about 30 seconds.

If desired, you could pop it into the freeze for a minute or two.
