Amish White Bread
4 Ingredient white Amish bread is a simple recipe that creates soft, tender, and slightly sweet white bread. It’s super easy, it’s a recipe that almost never fails. This is a guard!

* Ingredients :
° 2 cups warm water (45 ° C)
° 3/4 cup white sugar
° 1 teaspoon ready-made active yeast
° Half a teaspoon of salt
° 1/4 cup vegetable oil
* Steps:
Dissolve the sugar in warm water in a bowl large enough for kneading, then add the active yeast and wait 20 minutes for the mixture to coagulate, so you know that the yeast is working well.
Salt and oil are added, then gradually add flour cup after cup
Stir well with a wooden spoon or directly with your hands until the mixture holds together
Sprinkle a smooth surface with a little flour, then put the cohesive dough over it and start kneading vigorously until the dough becomes smooth and completely cohesive, add a little flour on your hands if the mixture sticks to your hands
Shape the dough with your hands into two rectangular pieces of the same size
Bring a suitable container for the oven and set the oven at 175 degrees Celsius and grease the bowl with a little oil, then place the dough in a rectangular shape
Bake the dough in the oven for half an hour until it begins to turn brown, then let it cool before cutting it.
