It only takes a little time to make 1 box of Butter Cookies to treat guests or everyone of your family. Sip a few more sips of tea and you’re done.
This Butter Cookies recipe is extremely simple, just mix 1 batch of flour and make 3 types of cookies (almond cookies, green tea cookies, cocoa cookies).
Crispy recipe, lightly sweet (if you like sweetness, increase the sugar).
“3 TYPES OF BUTTER COOKIES – Just mix the dough once”
Ingredients:
- 250g Butter
- 150g Icing Sugar
- 1 egg
- 45ml Whipping cream
- 3g Vanilla Extract
- 2g Salt
- 370g Cake flour
- 10g Custard powder
- 15g Almond flour
- 10g Cocoa powder
- 10g Green tea powder

Directions:
1-Let the butter soften at room temperature (don’t let it melt).
2-Add powdered sugar to the butter and mix until it turns light yellow
3-Add vanilla extract and eggs and mix well
4-Add salt and whipping cream and mix well
5-Sift all-purpose flour and baking powder and mix well
6-Divide the dough into 3 equal parts (about 270g each):
- Part 1: mix more almond flour and put in the ice cream bag
- Part 2: mix more cocoa powder and put in ice cream bag
- Part 3: mix more green tea powder and put in ice cream bag
7-Shape the dough on the tray
8-Put the dough tray in the freezer for 20 minutes
9-Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius (374 degrees Fahrenheit)
10-Bake the cookies at 170 degrees C (338 degrees F) for 15-20 minutes (depending on the oven). Particularly for green tea cookies, bake at 150 degrees Celsius (302 degrees Fahrenheit) for 20-25 minutes (depending on the oven) to keep the green color of the cookies
11-Put the cookies on a rack to wait for it to cool
12-Put the cookies in a sealed bag or box to use gradually
