2 very ripe avocados
1 big onion
1 clove of garlic
1 c. with chopped chive soup
1 c. with chopped parsley soup
2 c. with lime juice soup
3 tablespoons of olive oil
chili (not necessary if you don’t eat chili)
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons of mustard soup
1- Mix avocado meat with onion and garlic.
2- Add a pinch of chili (if necessary), chives, parsley and lime juice, mustard and oil. Get dirty and Blend.
Mix again until you get a very smooth cream.
3- Keep in the cool for 3 or 4 days.
