10 pieces ripe banana plantains
2 cups all-purpose flour
1.5 cups water
oil for frying
1. Peel the banana and slice into 3 thinly slices and form 3 slices like fan. Set aside
2. In a bowl, mix and combine flour and water until it becomes a smooth batter mixture.
3. Dip each set of Pinaypay into the batter and coat it properly. Shake off excess batter.
4. Deep fry until cooked. Transfer into plate lined with paper towels.
5. Sprinkle sugar and serve.
